Proof of enrolment, you have to upload your student card in the registration process.
PhD students who do not receive project funding and/or who cannot get reimbursed for their registration fees are permitted to register as „students“ but must send a letter, counter signed by their professor, to the conference office explaining the situation. EURAF member discounts
- Individual and affiliated members get a 50 CHF discount for the conference ticket.
*Important: to qualify for the EURAF member discount, your name must appear on the 2026 membership list, and membership fee must be paid prior to registration.
- Associate members (non-profit organisations) qualify for discounts by opting for a higher-tier membership level:
- Seedling membership: 400 EUR - includes one ticket for the EURAF congress
- Sapling membership: 600 EUR - includes two tickets for the EURAF congress
- Evergreen membership: 800 EUR - includes three tickets for the EURAF congress
*Important: To qualify for the EURAF associate member discount, your membership request must be approved and all fees paid before the conference registration period ends.

You will find the account details on the invoice, which you can download from your conference account.
Credit card online
Once you have submitted your registration a link will appear on your account to allow you to process your credit card payment through a secured payment system set up for the conference, Wordline (Saferpay). Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as KCS Kuhlmann Convention Service.

After registering online your password and username allows you to access your account at any time, to view the details of your online registration, view your payment status, print an invoice or submit an abstract.

Registration:
- For participating in the Conference all Attendees must purchase a ticket prior to the Conference online. In order to purchase a ticket the Attendee must register online via their account. Therefore, they must complete the registration form and submit it to us.

Oral presentation and Poster submission:
You must register as a participant by 25 March to have your oral paper or poster submission included in the conference.
All invoices are due ten (10) days from their issuance ("payment term") and must be settled within this payment term. This applies to all invoices, registrations without submission, early and regular registrations, as well as additional bookings such as raclette party and excursions. For early bird registrations with submission, invoices are due seven (7) days after the Letter of Acceptance is sent thus 7 May 2026.

Cancellation and Refund of Tickets:

- (3) Cancellations of additional program bookings such as raclette party and excursions will receive a full refund if received before May 5, 2026.
- (4) The cancellation fee is 50 CHF.
