To facilitate your stay during the congress, participants are strongly encouraged to book their accommodation through the dedicated platform created specifically for the event by Jura Trois-Lacs (Neuchâtel Tourism Office):

This platform offers a range of accommodation in Neuchâtel and la Chaux-de-Fonds (30 minutes from Neuchâtel by train) with flexible booking conditions, specially negotiated for congress participants.
Booking outside the official dates (22–26 June)
If you wish to stay outside the official congress dates (22–26 June), please contact Jura Trois-Lacs directly using the email address and phone number indicated on the booking platform and below. They will assist you with availability and arrangements for extended stays.

Free public transport in Neuchâtel
The Neuchâtel Tourist Card (NTC) allows anyone staying in accommodation within the canton of Neuchâtel to enjoy free and unlimited use of public transportation within the ONDE VERTE network (excluding zone 42) for the duration of their stay.
This guest card is issued free of charge and is automatically sent to all guests (adults and children) staying at least one night in a hotel or para-hotel accommodation (camping sites, bed and breakfasts, holiday apartments and houses, and group accommodations) in the canton of Neuchâtel. If you have not received it prior to your arrival, please ask your accommodation provider for it.
Alternative options
If you do not find suitable accommodation via the official platform, you are free to book your stay through any other booking platform of your choice.
You may also consider accommodation options outside the canton of Neuchâtel, for example in Biel/Bienne or Yverdon-les-Bains. These cities are well connected by public transport and are located approximately 30 minutes away from Neuchâtel.
Make sure you book your hotel accommodation soon in order to secure a special conference rate and ensure room availability. These rooms will be available until specific cut off dates first one is 30 March (Hotel Athmos) others end 22 April, under the assumption that the block of rooms has not been booked out before.
